• To provide excellent library services to the children and young adults of the City of Great Falls, Cascade County and our various patnerships, in support of the quest for a better quality of life.
• This mission is best fullfilled through a focus on service to children, young adults, their parents, guardians, and caregivers; through development of appropriate collections and technologies; and through maintenace of an informed and progressive organization.

GOALS

• Assist children, young adults, parents, guardians, and caregivers to locate lilbrary materials that meet their needs, interests, and reading abilities
• Maintain the library collection in regards to broad reading abilities and subject matter
• Accurately organize library materials; which includes shelving materials in a timely fashion and maintaining proper shelf location
• Provide computer search skills to library patrons as they locate materials

SPECIAL REQUEST

 We request that adults:

• Accompany all children under the age of seven
  
• Remain with their children during storytime to model appropriate listening skills, participate in the singing, encourage positive interactions, and demonstrate responsibility with library materials
