Audience: Kids 5 to 12 years and their families and caregivers
What: In this program, we will explore the role clams play in filtering water, how to age a clam, and the internal components of clams.  Then, children will be given two containers one with “dirty” water and the other empty, they will be asked to create a filtration system. We will then test out the filters and discuss how to make them more effective.
