Q: What happens if I lose or damage an item?

If you lose or damage an item, you will be charged for the replacement of the item—generally, the cost of item plus a $5.00 processing fee.  If you cannot pay the cost of the item at one time, you may set up a payment plan.  If you are making regular payments on a payment plan, you may continue to checkout.   Patrons on a payment plan may only checkout four items at a time.
