The Great Falls Public Library offers 5 early literacy programs a week for babies, toddlers, and preschoolers birth to 5 years and their families and caregivers. These fun, free programs build the pre-reading, social-emotional, and motor skills children need for success in Kindergarten.
Our September to May early literacy schedule is as follows:
Preschool Storytime for kids 3-5 is on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 to 11:30 am.
Books & Babies for ages birth to 1 1/2 is on Thursday mornings from 10:30 to 11:15 am.
Toddler time for ages 1 1/2-3 is on Friday mornings from 10:30 to 11:15 am.
Family Storytime for kids birth to 8 years and their families is Saturday mornings from 11:00 to noon.
Each June-August, kids and teens birth to 18 are invited to participate in our Summer Reading Program. We offer special events in place of many of our early literacy programs. Please see our calendar for details!
